(The writings on the internal wall of a gigantic hollow sphere.)
'There is a Space and Time for everything. For everyone'
(lyrics of 'I can't stop loving you' by Van Halen.)
Space and Time are everything to you and me. In a given space and time we can be anything. Without those two concepts, what will we be like? What would anything be like?
Everything exists in a certain given space and time. You can't be a pilot in the 15th century. You can't be a drone soldier in the 17th century. No one can be a computer programmer during the time of King Solomon. Everything has its own limit. Things are in their respective brackets of space-time and that is how nature works in that aspect. In history, within a day, nobody could be taking part in building a pyramid in ancient Egypt in the morning, then in the afternoon, be at a bungalow in the Maldives, and at night be in Las Vegas. No such thing ever happened.
But, one very interesting thing is, in coordinate mathematics, there are derivations from calculations so that there could be points in this universe, looking back from where, to earth, you would be seeing dinosaurs roaming, World War II battles, and Lady Gaga singing on stage, all at the same time. It would be like seeing layers of a sandwich all at the same time.
The explanation: On a starry night, you look up at the sky and you will see the moon. You will also see numerous stars twinkling up there. Here, the truth is that the moon and each of the stars are respectively at vastly different distances from us. By the time we are seeing them a little number of the stars up there might have been totally burnt out and existed as a sun no more. But still, we are seeing them as if they were there, for the light from them has been traveling an awfully long time to come to us and strike on the retina in our eyes.
Ok, now let us think about another example. Suppose there is a wall of a building. On day one, somebody wrote on the outside of the wall a sentence that reads 'This is the age of dinosaurs'. Two months after that, on the wall, just below the previous sentence, another somebody wrote 'World War II is at its height'. Then after a year, somebody came and wrote on the wall again the sentence, 'Tonight, Lady GaGa presents a show at the City Hall'.
Suppose that those three sentences were written down, one line down under the another, and a week later, a man came by the wall and was looking at the writings. How would he see them? The three lines all at the same time.
Again, imagine a condition where you are a small floating tiny, living thing inside a big rotating hollow sphere. On the internal wall of the hollow sphere are numerous written sentences, already written and all in the ‘present tense'. And, given that space and time exist inside that sphere, and given the rotation of the sphere and you are floating, there will be coincidences that you read 'some lines' at that given space and time. At one time you will be reading sentences like 'You are the emperor of a beautiful kingdom'. 'Now you are at war with the king from another kingdom'. 'Now you win'. 'Now you are assassinated by your own son'. 'Now you are dead'. 'Now you are a ghost in your previous palace'. 'Now you are an alien from another planet'.
And at another given coincidence, suppose you will be reading lines like 'Now you are a female billionaire. '’Now, you are the president of your country'. 'Now you sense that your husband is having an affair with your junior sister'. 'Now you won for the next term'. 'Now you retired'. 'Now you are a philanthropist'. What would that experience be like? Writings on the internal wall of a rotating hollow sphere and reading all of this as you are floating inside of it.
Einstein mentioned the curvature of the space-time. What if it were a closed sphere and we were a tiny, floating thing inside of it? What if, the power of the magic spell of the sentences and our readings are that 'we feel, like the statements are for real at the time of our readings. 'But the problem with us will be that they are so temporary and just coincidences.
The question is, 'Can there be a statement written on the wall which will give us the magical power of freeing us from the spell, the caged state and give us something really great and that is forever?'
Maybe we all are looking for that statement and to make the reading.
And I start to sense and suspect that mantra recitations and meditations in the major religions may be practicing of that kind of reading. I don't know for sure.
